Let's talk. About the values of sport. About opportunities, trust and respect. About the values that need to be upheld in order to protect sport. In our anniversary year, the focus is on dialogue with athletes and with all of you.
We - NADA Germany - will be 20 years old in 2022. Let us therefore celebrate the values of clean sport together.
We will start with a poster campaign for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Beijing 2022.

Round table talks with athletes

In different situations we will talk to you, we will talk to athletes, we will exchange ideas. On the values of sport, on important projects and initiatives to preserve the integrity of sport and on topics that are important to you. Check back here regularly.

In conversation with Linn Kleine

It is important for middle and long distance runner Linn Kleine to be authentic and to stand up for her values in sport as a role model.

For Linn, this was a learning process where she had to step out of her comfort zone and learn to say 'no': 'I used to keep my head down for a long time and let myself be mistreated in some instances.

In conversation with Nils Laserich

Decathlete Nils Laserich has to be able to rely on himself and his body in training and competition. For this, he needs a supportive team in his environment that has his back.

"It's important to have a team where you have someone to turn to for each of your problems," says Nils.

In conversation with Bianca Stichling

"Fair play is not just about following all the rules," says high jumper Bianca Stichling. For her, the value of fair play has a special place in sport because it combines different values.

In conversation with Max Lang

Max Lang, weightlifter and supporter of the Initiative for Clean Sport for several years, has been involved in the research project on the Dried Blood Spot (DBS) method since the end of 2021. The fourth project on the DBS method, which we initiated together with the Institute for Biochemistry at the German Sport University Cologne and Sportradar, serves to further develop the doping control system. 2022 Poster Campaign

The Winter Olympics will take place in Beijing from 4 to 20 February 2022 and the Paralympic Winter Games from 4 to 13 March 2022. In this context, we are starting the NADA anniversary year with a poster campaign. We are talking to speed skater Katja Franzen, bobsleigh athlete Annika Drazek and ice hockey player Eduard Lewandowski about the values of Chances, Trust and Respect. You can find their statements below. Look out for the posters.

LET'S TALK ABOUT Chances.

Speed skater Katja Franzen takes a few things from sport for her everyday life. You should use all your opportunities in life without unfairly depriving others of them.

"Take every opportunity that comes your way - fairly and honestly," is her statement.

LET'S TALK ABOUT Trust.

"Trust and fairness are not only part of sport. I have to show both to others and to myself," emphasises bobsleigh athlete Annika Drazek in the dialogue for clean sport. Especially in team sports, trust in yourself and your entire environment is essential.

LET'S TALK ABOUT Respect.

Sport can only work with respect and fairness. Ice hockey player Eduard Lewandowski, who took part in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin (Italy), adds on the subject of respect: "In and out of sport, you can't do without it - towards yourself and towards others".
